This isn't my first time at the Highfield- it's definitely one of my favourite beauty centres in Birmingham. The Thalgo facial was amazing and my aesthetician took her time ensuring I was relaxed and pampered. So much so that I fell asleep :)

Such an amazing massage, the Indian Head is the ultimate in relaxation and just what you need for stress relief. Megan was excellent and explained everything beforehand, as well as carrying out a really thorough massage. I love this salon and would recommend it to anyone.

It was a wonderful treatment but the entrance and exit were rushed comparatively to other treaments I've had. I didn't get any water afterwards as promised nor after care advice, however the staff were friendly and the decor lovely.
