Very friendly staff who took the time to ask questions and tailor the massage to my needs. The only negative was that they were very busy that day so I was standing outside for 10 minutes before they let me in. The massage itself was very relaxing, the first time I've had a hot stone treatment and I would definitely go again.

Treatment was good, only feedback would be that the system between the spa and treatwell didn't pick up that it was a pedicure not a manicure that I selected. The therapist was quickly changed the set up and it wasn't a problem in the end.
