Nora was super lovely and incredibly helpful with fixing my neglected and damaged hair. She was mindful of the fact I needed a lot of damage control, but had long hair and didn't want to make it too short. The blow-dry after my hair cut was really relaxing and styled beautifully. Nora also gave me numerous tips for looking after my hair in between now and my next trim. I felt really well looked after and will 100% be returning.
