Kirsty was very welcoming, she took the time to understand how I like my hair and make me feel comfortable. However, she had lots to say with many stories of her adventures, which I found rather overwhelming as I'd had a tiring day, and was concerned she wasn't concentrating on the cut! Nevertheless, it was an excellent hair cut - one of the best I've had recently, so credit to her.
