Nice therapist, pleasant environment and professional service but left a bit disappointed by a couple of things. 1) I booked for a Brazilian but ended up with a Hollywood - by the time I realised what had happened it was a bit too late! As the therapist did a good job, I didn't think it was worth complaining. 2) Price of eyebrow threading is a bit unreasonable (£12). Admittedly, I should've asked the price upfront before agreeing to having it as an add-on and then getting a shock at the till. However, having had my eyebrows threaded for years (and never having paid more than £8), I mistakenly assumed it wouldn't be anymore than that.
