Hairdresser was late for appointment as the person before me went over by half an hour. I wouldn't normally mind but I never got an apology, even though I had to wait outside in the rain. It's just common courtesy really. Haircut was okay. I'll be going back to my usual hairdresser next time.

Really friendly service and very clean. Only downside was a double booking, but not sure whose fault it is - the salon or Treatwell!
