Left the salon clearly not pleased with my hair and confused, but in the awkward situation of not really knowing what to say. when I got home and had a proper chance to look at it, I felt worse. I asked for my hair to be trimmed and kept long and thinned out, with a soft 70s style fringe/bangs put in it. I was told that thinning it would look bad so I had to have layers. I thought I would trust the stylist, but he cut such short layers and gave me the strangest, clumpy/wide fringe ever. I feel like everything I asked for was done differently. He also left whilst my treatment was being done to smoke and talk on the phone, then came back in smelling of smoke.
Feel bad leaving such a bad review but Iām really unhappy and feel my only option is to try and grow it all back out again š

Good salon experience overall, my cut was quick and exactly what I wanted, so for the hair cut itself, definitely recommend.
Had to wait a few mins for my appointment to start, and the salon doesn't accept card payments. Not a huge issue as you can pay via a link they send you, but equally not the most convenient!

I was really pleased with my haircut! Karla took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made some brilliant suggestions. She made recommendations for how I could better look after my hair, and overall I was very happy with the experience!

The salon double booked for when the original booking was for, which was disappointing. They were apologetic though and we rescheduled. The massage itself was great though!

All the staff were really lovely and very attentive. The eyebrow wax was quick and painless and Deborah checked in regularly to make sure it was done as I would like it.
