I had a disappointing experience here with Rosalia who spoke little English. I asked for low-maintenance babylights but got chunky highlights with no root touch up, meaning I had to ask for a redo. I had a choppy haircut too. I do not recommend.

Extremely disappointed that I was charged an extra £9 for nail cutting which I didn’t even ask for. I won’t be going back for this reason. Extremely unfair and I feel cheated
