I paid extra £25 for toner which wasn’t mentioned. I asked for baby lights which is good, not streaky at all and nice colour but the woman that did my hair added in a money piece which I didn’t ask for and didn’t tone it so i needed to do that myself

Good eyebrow waxing but didn’t feel it was a thorough. The middle of my eyebrows wasn’t waxed. Venue was very clean and tidy and welcoming

Nice salon nice hairdresser but there was no mention of an extra charge for £25 on Treatwell that I HAD to pay? Would have booked if I knew that as I think £100 for half a head is expensive, no cut, no blow dry
