Appt was for Bak Holiday Mon. About 10pm on Sunday night got a text to from therapist the salon would be closed . Called the therapist who offered no apology and said when they confirmed they were not sure if salon was going to be open or not and that it had slipped her mind. Therapist could have at least apologised.
So as not have had the treatment yet cannot rate it at the moment no stars.
The actual facial it self was great! My skin felt lovely by the end and she really took her time and care while doing it.
It was a little unfortunate that my appointment hadn't been properly booked in due to their error. However they made sure they fitted me in and the therapist even stayed late, so I can't complain. However, there did seem to be some confusion over what I had paid for. The deal was half price facial (usually £50) for 30 min treatment. However the therapist said that the £50 facial was for 1 hr and included a face mask which she did. She did explain that having the mask put on my neck as well was an extra £5, which was fine and I agreed. However, she ended up charging me £15. She seemed confused about what I had paid for with the deal and what I hadn't, and so was I. Overall the experience was great and I'm going back for another session, but I do feel a little disappointed that I may have not got the full benefit of the deal and that my appointment hadn't been booked in properly.
Microdermabrasion
I had a full body wax at Ecolite last week and although initially I didn't know it does not include a brazilian/hollywood wax (which was something I was most keen on), Noreen was kind enough to adjust things accordi ng to my wish and get rid of much of the unwanted hair, much more than normally required for a bikini wax. So the flexibility and her attitude to please the client was great! She is also nice and good at what she does, all in all very satisfied and will be going back!
Ladies' Waxing
I booked my treatment via wahanda with Noreeen for a microdermabrasion, the treatment was lovely.
Loved my first visit there and will be going again for DEFO!
have recommended her to my friends, and il be going back to her for another facial and IPL.

I went in for a full body wax for a great value of £30.00
I need to stress that this clinic is at the back of a hairdressers so if you are new to the area, bear that in mind. It took me 20 minutes+ to find it
The body waxing was great. I felt very relaxed and she did an amazing job
However, i stressed that i wanted my eyebrows just tidied up and left quite thick, however, it was re-shaped so disappointed with that which is the only reason i gave 3 stars. I would have given 4/5
