My experience here was so-so. I came in to try a treatment I have never had before (gel extensions) so was naturally curious and was asking questions. The lady doing my nails was impatient and quite rude to be honest - so another nail tech ended up answering my questions. But what I really don’t understand is that I paid £48 and no cuticle work or even filing was involved. Some of my natural nails were already fairly long, and she didn’t bother fixing them? Wouldn’t go back.

They couldn’t seem to find my booking. But to be fair still fitted me in, but it was a really rushed, rough not a nice experience . I’ll put it down to the time of year
