Good service but not nice atmosphere

I have been here before and loved it! Hence why I came back, however I had a bit of a bad experience. I wanted to keep the length of my nails as they are quite short anyway however left with quite stubby looking nails after them being filed down quite a lot. They are actually a little sore due to being that bit too short 😕I asked during the treatment if one of my cuticles could be trimmed and that seemed to be the inappropriate thing to ask. I was asked if I wanted an additional manicure on top of what I had already paid (£35). I also asked during the treatment, if one of the nails/ paint damage would be visible at the end. The reply of the manicurist was ‘well you must have knocked it’. Instead of doing anything to rectify it I was left with short stubby nails and a couple of damaged ones. I don’t think I’ll be coming back sadly
