I went to get shellac mani and pedi, the pedi after I got home was pretty much gone due to the polish not having fully dried out and the polish on my hands was applied on the mid of my nail so it lasted only a couple of days before looking “old”. Today I booked through Treatwell shellac removal and application (no manicure) and pedi. The treatment was wonderful but at the end I was asked to pay for the difference of the manicure I did not want nor was I asked if I wanted it. Very unprofessional

I asked for Square nails and received a coffin shape for some of my nails. The shape was not consistent. I tried to tell the nail tech, they tired but it wasn't matching up. When I asked for a particular design the nail tech said it wasn't possible, but previously was able to do a similar design. The staff spoke to themselves in their language the whole time doing my nails. In the end the service doesn’t match the price of paying £60 for something that was mediocre. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I always go to this salon to do my nails however this time I was very disappointed. The nails took about 2hrs to do. I asked a french acrylic styling and when I told the person doing my bails that some of them were not perfect he annoyingly canceled the drawing and started again. He seemed very bothered that I had even asked.
