I really did not enjoy this experience at all. The lady who did my nails was not attentive, she made my cuticle bleed and didn’t even notice, and was quite rude in general. It seemed like she wanted to get me out as soon as possible and that I was a total nuisance to her. I ran off as soon as I could!

I don’t like to share bad reviews but this was a really poor experience
I asked for shellac removal and polish which was £15. When I came to pay, I was told I was given a manicure too and had to pay £25. I honestly wouldn’t have called this a manicure, it was so basic and I wasn’t told it would be £10 extra
The job on the polish was also the worst I’ve had, I could have done a much better job. 3 nails chipped the same day and the colour is really patchy throughout. Must have been a bad day
