Usually have a good experience there but my latest one wasn't the best. A little awkward. I usually go with my friends but decides to go alone. I arrived about 5 mins early, but ended up waiting for 40 minutes to get my nails done. No one apologised, instead I got passive aggressive remarks and kicks under the table (not deliberate but again not addressing it either which was weird. I tried to ignore it and finish but the they kept trying to address and I had to tell her to drop it as it was a fullhouse

I had a terrible experience at this salon. they made me wait, wouldn't refund me for services that I couldn't have (because they made me wait for so long) and the manicure which I did have was awful. the guy painted onto old shellac, left my nails uneven lengths and shape, and only did one coat of paint on one hand so left them two different shades. when I complained the people in the salon started yelling at me in another language and pointing at me. I have submitted a complaint to treatwell

Best manicure I've had in a long time. My therapist was knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, caring and did a really great job. Everyone in there was really nice too. Thank you - love my nails!
