Overall good experience although the technician did cut my cuticles too close and they bled a bit which obviously isn’t great from a hygiene pov but also doesn’t look great as a finished result! Would still go back as most other experiences I’ve had here have been 10/10.

made me wait 45 minutes even if I had an appointment. the employee was rude and didn’t ask what I wanted. the result was so bad I had to get it changed to somewhere else today. it’s not the first time I go there and some of the people are amazing + great at what they do but some of them are not. wasted money & time
