Here is a version under 500 characters: I booked online and arrived on time. I booked a normal polish for my toenails based on the app description, but the salon said it should have been a full pedicure and asked me to pay extra. The app description is misleading, and they should have checked my booking. One staff member was also extremely rude and aggressive, saying it wasn’t their problem that the app didn’t match the service they provide.
