Overall a good experience. I got the mani/pedi shellac. The nails turned pit great. I would have loved for my feet to be scrubbed when I had the pedicure but they just removed my old polish and straight to the shellac. Whereas I saw everyone else had their feet dipped in warm water just like I normally do. My skin is not as soon as normally as a result. Also didn't get my cuticle cut. Like I said they are very friendly and I am a regular and know this is a one off experience.

i got nude sns because of my job, so they’re pretty boring but they’re so well done and look so fresh. i was also watching something on my phone which was sitting on my lap, and one of the staff members came to me with a phone stand so i could watch comfortably. just great service all around
