They were quick but it felt quite rushed. They also seemed annoyed I wanted coloured BIAB which they stock instead of clear BIAB with shellac on top. The result was good though :)

Not very welcoming or warm. More curt and businesslike. Also strong smell of chemicals. Might want to leave door open sometimes to air out.
