Terrible experience twice with the same staff member who was extremely rude and helpful - really disappointing to see the nails chip a week later today when it wasn’t filed down properly. Never had this experience with any other staff member.

They put stick ons on using biab gel as glue- 4 came off in the first week, got them fixed for free, and then the rest fell off a few days later. This place looks good for nail art but defo don’t come for BIAB !!
