Alongside her clinic role, Fay works with Old Colfeians RFC as a Sports Therapy Intern, where she supports players through hands-on injury treatment, rehabilitation planning and game-day care. She recently completed her PHICIS Level 2 certification with England Rugby, expanding her skills in pitch-side injury response and first aid. With a background as an athlete herself, Fay understands the demands placed on active bodies and is committed to helping clients recover well, move freely, and stay active for life. She’s also passionate about continuous learning and thrives on connecting with others in the health and performance space.
Snehal has been a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist since 2010, helping her clients for over 14 years. With a strong background in musculoskeletal conditions, she combines hands-on techniques like manual therapy and soft tissue therapy with the latest advancements in Physiotherapy. Her experience spans across a variety of settings, from hospitals to leading private clinics, and she was even part of the volunteer team for the 2008 Commonwealth Games. For Snehal, nothing is more rewarding than seeing someone regain movement and confidence in their body. Beyond physiotherapy, Snehal has a deep passion for yoga and breathwork. She holds an MSc in Yoga Therapy and an MA in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation from the University of London. When she’s not helping clients, she loves practising Pranayama - deep breathing techniques - to cultivate balance and wellbeing.
