Very good service in a beautiful hotel, clean and professional. Nails are great and they lasted three weeks. And the lady who works there is super nice and friendly. Definitely 5* service.
Simple shellac removal which the beautician took great care over. Nails buffed, filed and a special repair base coat applied to re-hydrate my nails (not a result of the shellac). Overall very impressed.
The beautician was a lovely lady, but I was not overly impressed with the results of my manicure. The whole experience didn't feel like much more than a nail shape and paint and my nails did not look very neat when finished. The treatment had been scheduled for an hour and ten minutes but lasted all of 45 minutes.
