The friendliness of the staff was great. The products used were fantastic and the atmosphere warm and cosy. What more could you want and only minutes away from Green Park Station.

What a find! The staff were so helpful and the therapist, diligent and really good. there was no up-selling or insulting (which has happened at other places as they try and flog product) It was a super facial with hand and feet massage whilst mask set so the time was utilised well. Shower and steam were complimentary as we were towels/robe/slippers and she'd kindly left cream/deo out for me to use when i returned to get dressed. Really good valueI would definately recommend and will go back.

This hotel is set in beautiful surroundings over looking Green park in central London. The health club attached to the side of it is very small but the have made great use of the space. The staff are very friendly and help anyway they can. The changing facilities are very clean and have everything you need. The only negative is the lack of equipment in the gym with perhaps too much cardio equipment and not enough toning areas. As a hotel gym very nice but unsure of paying for a membership there. All in all though a great visit and I liked it.
