I would say could have been a bit more clean. But you have a separate room for a manicure which is quite nice and peaceful. I think a bit of calm music would have been nice to play as we sat in complete silence. Also I wanted a black colour which is the most basic colour and they didnt have it. The manicure itself is quite good and the lady tries hard for your needs. So I would say decent manicure for the value, its just the little bits.
