Not bad but there was only one person doing everything - it's quite a small space. My manicure was done on the massage bed.

There is no nail salon section to the spa so I was sat on stool in a room normally meant for body treatments with my hands rested on the bed, not particularly relaxing or ambient.
The gel manicure itself seems to be of a good quality but the light used to set the gel made you place your hands in a very unnatural and uncomfortable way which meant I kept hitting my wet nail on the plastic inside the light.
