Really lovely staff, didn't have to wait, in and out within 30 mins as I'd hoped. Perfect!

Beautician was fantastic with a great eye for detail. She was a true perfectionist. There was not a huge range of colours or a dedicated nail bar/table however I would still definitely come again as the quality of the manicure was brilliant - I think I’ve just found my new regular lunch break manicure!

Overall really pleased with my manicure. Good cuticle care. Took about 45 mins which was ideal as I was on my lunch break but it didn't feel rushed. The spa is nice and hotel staff are very friendly. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable chair to sit on for the treatment
