The staff are really friendly, they’re very accommodating as well. The hair drying experience was a little painful- they would pull on my hair a lot to the point I was wincing. And they burnt me with the heat from the hairdryer more than once. As nice as they were, The painful hair drying experience did taint it for me. On the bright side, my hair looked great.

As I wear a head covering I was offered a private treatment room for my haircut which I greatly appreciated. I did need to pay extra as my hair was classified as extra long and I had paid for long. Overall I had a good haircut and the lady was professional and nice. Thank you
