Please refund my money they lied and said they have no access to treatwell and they are closed so I had no service and still waiting for a refund !

Showed up to the appointment to a locked salon. When I knocked on the door the woman inside told me nobody was coming to do my nails and when I asked her to cancel the appointment on Treatwell so I could get a refund because I had prepaid she clearly had no idea what Treatwell was and didn’t seem to understand me at all. When I tried to show the app she just stared at me blankly and said there was new management. Left with no service or refund. So wouldn’t recommend booking here on Treatwell.
