Showed up to the appointment to a locked salon. When I knocked on the door the woman inside told me nobody was coming to do my nails and when I asked her to cancel the appointment on Treatwell so I could get a refund because I had prepaid she clearly had no idea what Treatwell was and didn’t seem to understand me at all. When I tried to show the app she just stared at me blankly and said there was new management. Left with no service or refund. So wouldn’t recommend booking here on Treatwell.

Rina was welcoming and kind, and very efficient. She was gentle but did it all quickly and as painlessly as this can really be - she was lovely and checked in on how I was throughout. I will definitely be doing back. Thanks Rina 🙂
