I came into the salon and they didn’t even have my appointment on record. When I was finally seated, the technician only filed off a small part of the old material instead of removing it properly, and then applied new product over it. This left my nails thick, uneven, and poorly finished.
She asked if I wanted a smaller shape, but even though I said I was happy with my current shape, she still changed it. On top of that, my cuticles were not trimmed, and the color was completely different from what I asked for.
What should have been at least a 50–90 minute service was rushed into 30 minutes, and the lack of skill and professionalism really showed. The nails were uneven, bulky, and messy.
This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I usually go to a private technician, but since my boyfriend lives nearby, he recommended your salon as one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed in both the service and the way I was treated.
I left unhappy with the shape, color, and quality, and I feel this service did not reflect the price I paid. I would like a refund for such an unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Always a great experience. Megan has been doing my nails for a while now and I’ve never had any issues. My nails are actually the healthiest they have ever been and the growth I’ve had since getting biab is unreal. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Salon is super friendly, clean and inviting too!
