I’ve been coming to this home-based salon for around 5–6 years now, and it’s honestly the only place I trust for my waxing! I recently had a Hollywood wax done, and as always, the experience was amazing. The salon is super clean, cozy, and private — perfect for feeling comfortable during such a personal treatment.
The therapist is so professional, friendly, and meticulous. She always makes sure I’m at ease, explains everything as she goes, and takes her time to do a perfect job.

I booked this appointment in good faith, but the practitioner was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Not only was the service not carried out, but I was spoken to in a rude and unsympathetic manner. Despite the fact that no treatment actually took place, I was told there would be no refund and no alternative solution offered. I left with nothing to show for the booking except frustration and wasted time. I’ve used Treatwell 10 years and never had to leave a review like this. DO NOT BOOK.
