Very disappointing experience. The manicure looked messy and unprofessional. Several nails had to be redone because they were not drying, and I was blamed for how I held my hand before she realised the lamp charger was faulty. There were builders drilling throughout the appointment, I was asked to remove my shoes despite the floor being dirty, and my back pain was ignored. I would not recommend this service and would like a refund.

I’ve been coming here for years and always have such a lovely experience. Nirali is friendly, professional and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I recently had a gel manicure and Hollywood waxing, and I was really happy with both treatments. Everything was done with great care and attention, and the salon is always clean and welcoming. I always leave happy with the results and would definitely recommend Nirali!
