Very disappointing experience. The manicure looked messy and unprofessional. Several nails had to be redone because they were not drying, and I was blamed for how I held my hand before she realised the lamp charger was faulty. There were builders drilling throughout the appointment, I was asked to remove my shoes despite the floor being dirty, and my back pain was ignored. I would not recommend this service and would like a refund.
