Really great massage from Alex. He treated my whole body & I left feeling lighter. I’d recommend a treatment to anyone who has a specific issue, Alex really knows his stuff, & to anyone who just needs a periodic reset massage :)

Hand and arm massage was amazing and I was given helpful excersises to help with pain. Staff were lovely and really knowledgeable- highly reccomend !

Very good sports massage and very knowledgeable therapist. I felt great afterwards. Offered some capping as well and assisted stretching which was amazing. I will be coming back!
