Trang has been helping me with a lot of nagging tight joints and shoulder pain. Trang does a thorough examination and was able to treat using various methods such as soft tissue massage, smr, pnf stretching and now uses myofacial blade.
After 3 sessions I have better mobility when training and better recovery after hours of rehearsing (I'm in a bunch of dance teams). Trang has also worked on fixing my form for a few exercises as well as prescribed some mobility drills which have helped a lot.
Trang is amazing, she really knows what she is doing both as a PT and massage therapist. I felt a huge relief in my back and she created a great workout for me.
The first session that I had with Trang involved a posture assessment and a sports massage which she did perfectly and with absolute professionalism. She was kind, patient and outgoing.
My previous personal trainer did the bare minimum while Trang recommended customised exercises that would help strengthen my injured knee and back.

I had Trang for a 90 minute full body massage. She was very polite, easy to talk to and have a fantastic relaxing deep tissue massage. Also recommended some stretching and advice for sleeping to help avoid a stiff neck. Excellent service thank you.
