I am a regular customer, but the pedicure I had yesterday was not a pleasant experience. Although the staff member was polite, she was very rough and my toes are now red and swollen. I have never experienced this before. I would also like to note that there is no option or price for a pedicure only, which is unfair if no polish is wanted. Lastly, the staff numbering on the app is unclear, and staff do not wear badges, making it difficult to choose or avoid a specific technician in the future.

I went to Dr. Nails & Beauty to get a nice set of acrylics for Christmas. The person who did my nails was fantastic and really went out of the way to make a snowflake on the nails.
