My nails look great but my service was quite painful,I was burned with the drill and my technician (a man) basically ignored me. My nail beds are quite sensitive but the techs who are women do my services without hurting me.

I'm happy with my nails, but sometimes the technicians handle me too roughly and the service actually hurts. I've tried telling them they're hurting me, it's always the male technicians but they either don't listen or make excuses.
