Very punctual. Very welcoming. Asked a few medical questions before treatment. I was allowed to be in the room while my husband was recieving his treatment. Resepcted privacy while getting undressed. Was checking if they was too rough or gentle. If the room was too hot or cold for him. It was explained why extra pressure was administered to certain areas of his body. Very informative and relaxing session!!!!!
