The practitioner was professional and attentive, explaining the process while making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was incredibly soothing. I could feel tension releasing not just in my feet, but all over my body. By the end, I felt lighter, calmer, and more balanced, both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend!!
