I wasn't given any time to undress, she just came into the room and stayed there even when i asked for some privacy to undress. I wasn't covered with a towel, the music was not soothing music, just random Chris Brown to Elton John songs, another therapist/receptionist opened the door twice to talk to my therapist (remember I've only got my knickers on!). The whole experience was terrible and I would never go back
