I booked a deep tissue massage to help with a migraine and it really helped. The therapist listened carefully and worked on the areas where I hold the most tension, especially my neck and shoulders. The pressure was just right and I left feeling much more relaxed, with my head feeling lighter and the tension eased. I’d definitely recommend it if you struggle with migraines or stress. Excellent place xx
