The wax was way too hot which she refused to believe. She did a pretty sloppy lazy job. Left lots of wax still on me

Rose was very friendly and she made sure my nails were done to her standard and offered to redo them when she wasn't happy with the result of first application. Very happy with the final result. The owner was kind and courteous too. Oh and they have two lovely dogs 😍
