Overall good, but there are some things they need to rethink. Indeed, I’d only been given 3 minutes to enter the room, remove my make up, take my clothes off, put the eyes patches and lay on the sunbed. The system will start to work even though you are not ready. When I went in the second time, I asked for extra time and the whole request sounded like a favour. They gave me 2 minutes more, claiming that it’s all automatic and they couldn’t really help. It seemed paradoxical.
