If you are having a new set put on I don’t think you should be charged for the removal of the old one .

Really good experience, but the only thing if you book an appointment and your left waiting because they are so busy, and then you have two different people doing your nails and they seem to be rushing to get your nails done!!

Let walk ins go ahead of my booking, making me 45 mins late. Obviously busy on a Sunday. Kept walking off to look after others. Not a brilliant experience.
