There was a misunderstanding for both mine and my friends appointment, we both booked the same thing but explained In the shop we wanted acrylic but couldn’t find online. They still got mine muddled up, and then resolved it with no extra cost. Both colleagues there made sure I got what I wanted, thank you

Lee was great! I came just to remove the shellac. He was not rushing at all and very careful with my nails. I have left with very beautifully shaped, shellac free, vitamin infused nails. Best service ever
