Not the best experience this time. Although I had a pre-booked online appointment, towards the end of my service I was sat waiting for over 20 minutes as a walk in pedicure was prioritised over finishing my service. At that point I only needed polish so I was not happy. The male nail technician is exceptionally good and always does an amazing job.
