I wasn't happy with my pedicure. The tech doing my nails was also tending to other clients and she rushed the service. Cuticle work was super basic, the shape of my toe nails was crooked and she forgot to apply top coat to one of my feet which I only realised later on. Plus I booked a hot stone pedicure and there were not hot stones to be see and I received no massage.
