First of all the staff have never heard about customer care! Ambience was really awful and very very noisy.
The threading has been done without prior pencil marks and any measurements to keep the eyebrows even, as a result I’ve got hair removed where I was not expecting this to happen. Also it was extremely painful and, last not least, at the end I was asked to take a tissue to clean my face from the hair!!!
Have never seen such a poor service and will never come back to this place.
Eyebrow Threading
The bikini wax was erratic and uneven. I was left with a skin complaint that lasted over a week.

Terrible experience. Music kept skipping. There was a big fire door in the room, her nails and jewellery kept scratching me. So unhappy.
