horrible experience and really unprofessional!!!! this treatment is worth less than 1 pound. I paid for 1 hour of facial treatment. cleansing was not done well as I went out again with make-up on my face. they left me 25 minutes with steam and another 20 with the mask. at the time of wiping the blackheads they squeezed me for a few seconds on my nose. not to mention that all this was done by a person who told me that he needs training as he is still studying. I lost my money and my time. I'm really upset

This was a really terrible wax. My therapist didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. She dripped hot wax all over me and half of the hair grew back within a few days so she didn’t remove it properly. Some bits of skin were pulled off with the wax and I had a rash for several days afterwards.
