I had an appointment booked so turned up on time and it appeared that they did not have enough staff available for the two treatments I had prebooked. In order to rectify this, they had the lady on the reception give me a head massage and whilst I appreciated the effort, it was clear she wasn't qualified for this. Half way through the head massage, the first lady left and after a short wait another therapist took over. No one had communicated this to me and so I was left half naked (as I was also having a back massage) in the room wondering what was going on. The second lady arrived and she clearly knew what she was doing and the head massage and back massage were both good.
Another issue I had was that the appointment started late, I was left alone for a few minutes whilst the therapists switched but then the appointment finished on time.
