Let me briefly explain what happened. After shampooing, the hairdresser dried my hair. When it came time to style, she didn't work through the strands with a brush and hairdryer. This technique creates shine and softness. Instead, she used a flat iron to create curls. What puzzled me was her occasional use of scissors to trim the ends. Clearly, due to the inadequate styling, the hair remained frizzy and dull. Those results were not professional, and the hair wouldn't last. I asked for a refund.
